How to be Financially Free?

I am always conscious about the readership of this blog from day one. I have always wanted to help people to be on their own. And by being on your own, I mean the financial freedom. Financial freedom can only be achieved when your earning is higher than you expenses or your expense is lower than your earning.

True that you should always think about your earnings, but controlling your expenses will also help you to become financially sound.

Controlling your expenses

Controlling your expenses does not mean that you skip your daily meals, do not go to watch your favorite movie or pursue your hobby (if it costs you something).

Controlling your expenses means that you should not waste your money in things which will never make difference to your life. If you are spending too much on a particular thing and not getting something out of it, you are wasting your money and most importantly time.

For Example: You can live without Making unlimited long distance calls. Yes, this add allot to your expense. You can also avoid frequent shopping, movie going, eating out.

Respect quality than quantity

Few people love things in much quantity, this makes them enjoy that things for a longer time, however, things enjoyment for a little longer time does not assure you the best enjoyment. But if you give more importance to quality, you will be able to enjoy it more and can also save a lot of time, which can be converted into a profitable thing. This thing implies on other things also.

For Example: You want quantity and got for 3 pair of shoes, this gives you a variety, but you will not want to wear it after some time as its not branded, on the other side, if you go for Quality and buy only one pair of shoes and that a branded, you will be able to use it for a longer time. This will save some of your money.

Find an extra income source.

There is nothing g written anywhere that if you are into a 9 to 5 kind of job, you have no right to find an extra income stream. You can do that, So, Find a suitable extra income source. This could be anything from painting to babysitting, whichever suited you, and you know it better.

It is not that you cannot control your expenses, a little concern can make it happen, and you too can enjoy your financial freedom.

Retail therapy is shopping with the primary purpose of improving the buyer’s mood or disposition.

Often seen in people during periods of depression or transition, it is normally a short-lived habit. Items purchased during periods of retail therapy are sometimes referred to as "comfort buys."

Retail therapy was first used as a term in the 1980s with the first reference being this sentence in the Chicago Tribune of Christmas Eve 1986. "We’ve become a nation measuring out our lives in shopping bags and nursing our psychic ills through retail therapy."  In 2001, the European Union conducted a study finding that 33 per cent of shoppers surveyed had "high level of addiction to rash or unnecessary consumption’." 

This was causing debt problems for many with the problem being particularly bad in Scottish young people.

Researchers at Melbourne University have advocated its classification as a psychological disorder called oniomania or compulsive shopping disorder.

Retail therapy need not be a negative term. It can be a neutral term that describes the pleasures of the total shopping experience, used by many people to boost their mood. Shopping as a way of boosting one’s mood does not necessarily involve rash or inadvisable purchases. Retailers may view the entertainment aspect of their stores as a means of boosting store traffic, so that some of those customers make purchases, but not necessarily inappropriate or inadvisable ones.

Retail addiction or shopping addiction should be considered a separate and serious problem. The term "therapy" by definition implies a treatment for a problem (here, depression or stress), not a problem itself. Retail therapy may be the wrong treatment in many cases, but it is not, by definition, dangerous or problematic.

This gives you a real freshness and makes you able to stand up and go live life.

Most people Save their Money and they are never able to used it in the END.

its better to save some about (or a Big part of your Income) but you should enjoy life.
