Kathgodam Trip

I went to Kathogodam last Sunday to receive my Relatives coming from Mumbai, Captured few Images of Nature.

This is when we are heading towards Almora, which is more than 180 kilometers away from where I stay.

Standing Tall, the Beautiful trees of Deodar. Which just makes the roads look awesome.

The Weather at my place was Nice, but we are 300 kilometers away from out home, and it was Hot in Kathogadam, We had to use Air-Con throughout the time we were there.

I have been doing Online shopping for like 5 years, but when I started out to do so, there were few people like me who did not have the fear of putting their Credit Card Numbers online.

Also, There were only few shopping portals, which means few online buyers had to face the monopolistic behavior. But, Now time is changing or say it has changed. People are not scared to shop online anymore, and you have great deals too.

What I like about Online Shopping!

1. I am a lazy ass bones, and I work at night and sleep the whole day, which limits me to go for offline shopping, So, I prefer to do it online, which enables me to shop at any time, day or night.
2. Sometimes when I go to a mall for shopping, these sales guys (it is ok when there are girls) stand right next to me, staring at me like I am the one who is going to rob their shop. When I am doing it online, I simply can take my time.

What I don’t like about Online Shopping

1. While shopping online, I have fell on bad products many times, These sellers are so good at marketing that they can make a bad or say pathetic product, a Hit. If you are doing it offline, you can at least touch the product.
2. There is no fun actually, I mean, I am not able to discuss about the product I am going to buy, with anyone. When doing it offline, I can discuss it with my friends who are with me. 

But, Its more fun to shop online Now.

I will never complain about anything if I get the same fun in online shopping.

I can say this from my Own Experience. I mean I was looking for a better internet wireless connection I can take anywhere, also, which gives me a great speed at the same time (my GPRS internet gives pathetic speed). When I discussed about it on the site, I found that Photon+ USB modem from TATA is going to be the solution of my problem, It gives a speed of up to 3.1Mbps, which is awesome.

By doing that, I met few great likeminded people online, and yes I forgot, you can upload pictures and videos to your profile, create blogs take part in Q&A etc. in their Community Section.

I would recommend this site to everyone who thinks Online shopping is only about buying things.

Indian Food

There are only few things I like, one of them is Eating,

No Eating Much but Eating a variety of Food. Being a Student, I can’t afford Expensive Restraints and Food from every part of the world. ( maybe I’ll do that when I I’ll be into a nice job or have man on business). Till then, I satisfy my cravings by either cooking at home or enjoying the Roadside food. Which is little unhygienic, unhealthy, but tasty as heaven.

Here is what we (me and my friends) cooked for a special day, Its called Chicken Chilli.

Here we are enjoying Biryani, at a roadside Dhaba. with masala on it.

Here it is Biryani wit Zarda ( its a kind of Sweet Dish)

this is Fried Rice with Manchurian, this photos is like years old, taken in 2006. in my hostel. when i was still struggling to pass the B.com (1st Yr).

This too is a kind of sweet dish, made of wheat flour, sugar, ghee, coconut. deep friend in vegetable oil.

This is Kabab Pratha, with salad. another roadside food, but really very tasty.

This not exactly an Indian Cuisine, I think its a Nepali, but it becomes Indian when fried, as Indians like this flavor too, although it has a lot of fat. very tasty when you eat it with chatni.

This again is a non Chinese cuisine, but made Indian by frying it in oil. but i find it tasty. even though it is not the original form of Cowmen.

Here is the original Nepali Cuisine, Momo.  which is steamed  one. and when it is friend, it becomes Indian. But it is more tasty when it is Steamed like this.

The Rainbow

after so many heavy rainfalls, this rainfall brought the Rainbow.

fortunately I had my Cam with me and I was able to capture it.

you all must have studied in your schools, why the rainbow forms.

let me memorize you,

while light is made up of seven different colors, when all these lights are separated with a help of a prism, it forms a VIBGYOR (Violet,Indigo,Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red). 

Same thing happens when rain falls, the atmosphere becomes humid and air mixes with water molecules, resulting in becoming a big Prism which seperates the while light of sun and makes it look like a colorful bow. As this happens just after Rainfall, It is named

The Rainbow, which looks very beautiful in the sky.

Why do People Like Shortcut?

I took this Picture a week ago when a guy was in a hurry and wanted to go to the other side of the road. Instead of waling just 100 meters for the crossing, he literally took a shortcut by crossing the divider.

Well,

By doing this, how much time did he actually save?

Maybe 60 seconds. it doesn’t make any difference in anyone’s life by saving 60 seconds by risking their life.

He was not the only one doing this, there were many, its a common things in Delhi, maybe everywhere in India or maybe everywhere in the World.

But risking life is not good.

If you are among those people, please stop this practice. If not, then ask people to stop who do it.

The Taj Mahal, One of the Seventh Wonder of The World

First, when I was in School, I went with my friends.

Second, with my parents.

But, I still think I can visit The Taj Mahal like 10 more times,

well there is one more reason to this. I get to see world’s best Digital cameras here.

The Taj Mahal was Build by a Mughal Emperor in the memory of his beloved wife, but he got blind before it was completed. It took years to build it.

Taj Mahal stands in the city of Agra, in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, on the banks of the Yamuna River. It was built in the memory of the beautiful Arjumand Bano Begum, who won the heart of a Mughal prince. She was married at 21 to Emperor Jahangir’s third son Prince Khurram and stayed loyally by his side through good times and bad: in the luxurious royal palaces of Agra as well as the transient tents of war camps.

If we talk about recent times,

I has been included in the new Seven Wonders of the World.However, It got Maximum Votes.

The reason for this could be the Population of India.

Its about 1/6 of the world’s population. That means every 6th person of this world belong to India.

Taj Mahal is one of the things India has got to offer to Foreign Tourists.

It’s raining for almost a week. So, it’s a relief for people living near the jungle which was on fire last week.

Now there are real clouds and I hope these are not because of their smoke which came from the jungle fire, as villages here, believe that smokes are converted into clouds.

Well, clouds, just after the smokes, make their belief stronger.

this is a scene of the Movie Sholy. I have watched it several times, but yesterday, I watched it from a different angle.

What A masterpiece I tell you.

I liked  Gabbar Singh al lot.

The way he scares his own people, the way to talks to Thakur, and the way he spits on the ground.

and the Dialogues “Jo Dar gay, Samjho Woh mar Gaya”  “Tera kya hoga Kaaliya”

no one could have delivered them the way Gabbar Singh did. 

I am his Fan now.
